MyXtate Pro is a community management app, tailored for apartment complexes, gated estates, and communities.Residents with the MyXtate app on their mobile phones can schedule gate passes for their guests, domestic staff, and workers; panic buttons to alert security, and much more.All activities carried out with the app have dual notifications built into them. The gate pass will be delivered to the incoming guests/workers by SMS and/or email; upon arrival and clearance at the gate, the residents also will be notified by SMS and/or email. The same notifications are available for the departure of guests/workers, and the activation of panic buttons.
